Participation procedure and method

Submission of application for participation and required documents
  • Download the form of application for participation from the website, fill it out, and send it to korea@autoinexpo.com.
  • The submission of the application is completed when the online application for participation and required documents are submitted.
  • Data required for uploading the digital booth can be uploaded later.
  • Required documents: Application for participation, one (1) copy of consent for providing personal/company information, one (1) copy of business registration certificate, necessary materials for booth installation (photos, videos, catalogs, etc.)

Request for quotation
  • Click the Request E-quotation button below and fill the form for request.
    When you request a quotation, the relevant staff in charge will contact you as soon as possible to your contact number and give you consultation for detailed matters.
    After consulting, we will calculate a quotation and send it to you.
